DESCRIPTION
An organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based advancement software solution tailored to support various advancement and fundraising activities. The required system should accommodate the needs of parent and alumni offices, facilitate annual giving campaigns, and enable efficient management of events and volunteers. Additional functionalities must include tools for principal, leadership, major, and planned giving, as well as comprehensive gift recording, research and prospect management, donor relations and stewardship, and management of corporate and foundation relations, grants, and sponsored research.
The chosen software must feature vendor-provided, Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment processing capabilities. This includes the secure handling of credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions through an integrated payment gateway utilizing merchant accounts. The initial contract duration for the selected vendor will be three years, and interested providers must be able to meet all outlined requirements within this timeframe.
