DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance tracking and self-evaluation. The platform must support the collection and reporting of project information, including modules for self-evaluation, transition planning, and grievance tracking related to physical assets. Asset management capabilities should include the tracking of cost, location, age, and integration with work order management functions.

The system must offer an intuitive, user-friendly cloud interface for data entry, with highly configurable online forms tailored to agency requirements. A comprehensive audit trail feature is essential to maintain accountability. Microsoft Outlook integration is required for notifications, communications, and calendar appointment management via the agency's email system. Additionally, the software should support robust role-based access controls to ensure users only have the access they need (least privilege principle).

The contract for this solution will be for one year. Vendors are expected to submit all questions regarding the RFP by April 20, 2026.
