The State of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based platform for accounts payable routing, approval, travel, and expense management. This solution will serve as a comprehensive replacement of existing systems, supporting end-to-end processing for expenses, invoices, corporate card transactions, reimbursements, and accounts payable workflows.
Vendors must offer a platform with customizable, automatic approval workflows based on codes, transaction amounts, and other parameters. The proposed software must feature SAML 2.0 single sign-on integration using Microsoft My Apps to ensure secure and streamlined access.
Proposals should detail all software and implementation costs, including required integrations with other financial solutions, training, support services, and an anticipated project timeline. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the project no later than February 17, 2026.
