The selected vendor will provide support services for a closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection software platform. Key requirements include maintenance of searchable and indexed inspection records, capturing pipeline segment identification, inspection dates, defect coding, and operator notes. The platform must allow data export in widely used formats, such as PACP-compatible databases, video files, reports, and GIS-compatible formats.
Automated detection and classification of pipeline defects and conditions from CCTV video are essential, as is visual annotation of detected defects within video and image files. The solution should support seamless integration with GIS platforms and asset management systems and enable real-time inspection recording and documentation, including video overlay capabilities to display pipe segment information, defect codes, and distance measurements. Additionally, the software must support role-based user permissions, comprehensive administrative controls, and automated generation of inspection reports, summaries, and condition ratings. The initial contract period is for one year.
