DESCRIPTION


The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) in Temple, Texas requires the provision of annual maintenance and telephone support services for its TheraDoc clinical monitoring solution. TheraDoc is a medical technology platform that assists clinicians by interpreting patient records, alerting staff to critical events, and recommending evidence-based treatment options to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs. The healthcare system has an ongoing need to maintain TheraDoc in fully operational condition to support safe, efficient, and effective patient care across a range of clinical activities.

The scope includes service and support for the TheraDoc system on the VistA Large Hospital–TESA Platform and related modules, covering interfaces for ADT, Lab, Surgery, Pharmacy, Radiology, and more. Required services encompass software upgrades, annual limited licenses for multiple modules, embedded database and ColdFusion support, outpatient pharmacy and medical device interfaces, remote and on-site technical support, project management, training, and travel as necessary. The contract will be firm-fixed-price for a base year with up to four additional one-year options. The selected contractor’s staff must be comprehensively trained in TheraDoc procedures to provide uninterrupted support.

This solicitation is open exclusively to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and other certified small businesses registered in the Small Business Search database.
