DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide design build verification and construction management services to assist the state in ensuring that the Design–Build Construction contractor fulfills all requirements of the project's conformed contract. Responsibilities include verifying contractor compliance, attending conferences or meetings for close coordination of project activities, and immediately reporting any unforeseen project conditions to the State’s Project Manager.
The contractor will maintain precise records related to design submittals, approvals, changes, and modifications utilizing the state's document control system, Microsoft SharePoint. At project completion or contract termination, the contractor is required to collect, properly label, and deliver all original calculations, drawings, sketches, electronic design files, records, and reports prepared during the work to the state.
