Must be a responsible offeror as defined in §13-1-83 and §13-1-85, NMSA 1978
Must submit a signed Letter of Transmittal Form

Must demonstrate adherence to the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration (DOL ETA) Sector Strategies Framework
Must provide three external references from similar projects performed within the last three years
Must disclose any public court proceedings related to lawsuits, litigation, collections, evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcy filings within the last five years
Must maintain health insurance for employees if the company has six or more employees and the contract value exceeds $250,000
Must submit a valid New Mexico/Native American Resident Preference Certificate if claiming preference points

DESCRIPTION

This RFP invites vendors to provide services for developing, refining, and finalizing a Climate-Ready Sector Strategy, with a focus on adapting to evolving demands in energy and infrastructure sectors.
