The selected vendor will provide review services for a Climate Action Community Outreach Strategy Plan in British Columbia, Canada. This will include outlining project milestones, timelines, and meeting schedules; reviewing plans, strategies, and related documents; and assessing progress, baseline data, and metrics. Additionally, the vendor will model greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions scenarios to support achievement of mitigation targets and assess both financial and human resource requirements for long-term climate action plan implementation, with comparisons to estimated costs and impacts from climate-related events.
The project requires facilitation of workshops to review outcomes and gather stakeholder input, as well as formal presentation of project outcomes and recommendations. Initiatives should be aimed at removing barriers and providing opportunities for residents to mitigate GHG emissions and enhance community resiliency. The delivery of each initiative includes communications and marketing tactics designed to increase awareness and encourage community participation.
All vendor questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
