The organization is seeking information regarding the development and provision of a client technological engagement solution comprising both patient-level and system-level platforms. The patient-level platform should be a mobile-first Software as a Service (SaaS) application designed for self-directed and co-managed workflows, incorporating features such as a journal, motivation, activity, contact tools, a points-based achievement system, non-commercialized architecture, tribal-guided traditional medicine aesthetics, API interoperability, multi-entity configuration, and crisis navigation capabilities.
The system-level platform is expected to include secure authentication with advanced session configurations, email verification workflows, deep content crawling, relevance filtering, a central knowledge clearinghouse, tribal-guided traditional medicine integration, document ingestion and tagging, and federated search capabilities. Vendor submissions should address both technical requirements and sensitivity to tribal traditions.
This Request for Information (RFI) specifically seeks responses from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) as specified by HHSAR 326.603-1, and small business concerns according to FAR 19.502-2 (b)(1) & (2).
