DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide technical support services for its Clean Energy Communities initiative. Responsibilities include designing and strategizing cohort tracks, developing and delivering comprehensive Clean Energy Communities training curriculum, and facilitating peer-to-peer learning sessions. The selected vendor will also create and implement mechanisms to incorporate ongoing feedback from participants into the cohort structure and develop case studies to assist in promoting the program to local governments not yet participating.

Further duties involve supporting program planning and implementation, providing narrative updates on project progress for project management purposes, outlining specific resource and technology needs, assessing current infrastructure capabilities, and evaluating if local governments possess necessary expertise. The vendor should also estimate costs associated with program delivery and identify funding or financing opportunities to address those costs.
