A Florida agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, implement, and support a Claims Document Management System (CDMS) to enhance its insurance claims processing capabilities. The CDMS must seamlessly integrate with the agency's existing Assure Claims system, offering robust functionalities for capturing, managing, storing, preserving, and delivering diverse types of content related to claims management.

The selected vendor will supply software licenses, deliver professional implementation services, and provide comprehensive training, as well as ongoing post-implementation support. The system should enable efficient document capture and imaging to digitize and organize paper documents, and facilitate content-centric workflows and collaboration among staff. Essential features include document check-in/check-out, version control, stringent security measures, and library services for an array of business document formats, such as Microsoft Office files, PDFs, HTML, and various image formats (JPG, TIF).

Additionally, the CDMS must incorporate workflow management tools to ensure documents and associated attachments progress smoothly through the necessary review and approval processes. This solution aims to support effective information sharing and secure management of all claim-related documentation.
