The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive claims administration services for its self-funded workers' compensation program. Responsibilities include the adjustment of all workers’ compensation claims presented against the district, as well as comprehensive medical claims processing, adjudication, and payment utilizing funds provided by the district.
The selected administrator will also be required to provide detailed monthly claims registers, which should include total payments categorized by payee, invoice number, check number, date, and amount. Additionally, the administrator must be capable of providing analyses of payments, broken down by type—such as defense counsel, outside investigation, and vocational rehabilitation—and by specific payee.
The contract term will be two years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 2, 2026.
