A government authority in Frankfort, KY is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive civil engineering services for various government projects. The required services include site identification, stakeholder coordination, and conducting property boundary surveys with the preparation of plats, legal descriptions, and marking of boundaries. The vendor will also support property and easement acquisition through research and provide related legal services.
Additional responsibilities encompass topographical surveys, designing temporary construction access easements, and monitoring easement compliance. The scope also involves utility relocation design for in-lieu fee projects, preparation of conceptual and engineering design plans including modeling, and necessary data collection. Vendors are expected to coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with NEPA and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act in conjunction with the State Historic Preservation Office, as well as Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act. Duties also include performing biological assessments, surveys, monitoring, and reporting as required.
