The City of Anaheim, California is seeking a qualified provider of civil engineering services to support a range of infrastructure improvements. The scope of work includes conducting both external and internal utility research, managing notifications, and coordinating any required utility relocations. Vendors will be expected to identify utility depths using methods such as ground penetrating radar (GPR), C-below, potholing, or similar technologies.
Additional tasks may include performing topographic surveys, designing and aligning decorative bollards with either deep or spread foundations, and delivering structural calculations for bollard installations, including required K ratings. The project also encompasses concrete replacement work, including installation of decorative colored sidewalks along Anaheim Boulevard.
Vendors may be asked to create detailed curb ramp designs for ramp replacements, which could involve integrating decorative crosswalks and spandrels within the project area. All related project questions should be submitted by January 8, 2026.
