DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Atlantic, NJ is seeking qualified vendors to provide civil engineering and survey services. The scope of work includes the preparation and delivery of location-sealed surveys to relevant authorities and stakeholders, as well as staking property corners for individual parcels.
The selected vendor will also assist in preparing public bidding documents and provide support during the public bidding and contract award process. Responsibilities further include preparing, reviewing, and certifying engineering drawings, site plans, and zoning plans. Additionally, the vendor will review and certify contractor requisitions and change orders, as well as prepare and review cost estimates for ongoing projects and new construction, including site preparation and infrastructure costs.
This contract will be awarded for a period of one year. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit any questions regarding the opportunity by December 4, 2025.
