Civil Annual Construction Services

A government authority in Sacramento, CA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide annual civil construction services under a two-year contract. The scope of work includes the construction of new high voltage electrical facilities and structures, along with the installation and commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the majority of task authorizations in-house, following all contract requirements and engineering instructions.

Key tasks involve constructing cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures such as drilled piers, foundations, retaining walls, and cable trenches; setting reinforced precast concrete structures and service boxes; installing conduit duct banks; as well as conducting structural repairs on concrete works, manholes, and boxes. Additional services include modifying or installing electrical grounding systems, fencing, manhole access grates (with field welding), aggregate base and crushed rock placement, grading, paving, and creating as-built drawings. All work will adhere closely to the provided drawings and specifications.
