Citywide Arts and Culture Events and Pop-Up Markets Services

The City of Connecticut is seeking vendors to organize and manage a series of citywide arts and culture events, as well as pop-up markets, aimed at fostering community engagement and supporting local businesses. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating opportunities for residents to gather, celebrate, and connect, while promoting creative expression and increased public participation in the arts.

Services will include selecting event themes, programming elements, and community activities that reflect the city's diverse culture. Vendors will secure appropriate venues or public spaces, develop comprehensive schedules and production timelines, and ensure effective staffing for all events. Additional objectives include supporting local economic growth by elevating small businesses, encouraging neighborhood-based engagement and collaboration, and cultivating inclusive, welcoming spaces throughout the city.
