DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in San Jose, California is seeking a vendor to provide Cisco Smart Net support services. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive maintenance and support coverage for the organization's current installed base of Cisco network hardware, software, services, licenses, and subscriptions.

The support services will encompass all mission-critical and essential networking components at the Airport, including the Core Network (datacenters), enterprise infrastructure, edge switches, perimeter firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), voice gateways, call managers, phone systems, access control systems, cybersecurity tools, and wireless infrastructure controllers. The contract ensures continuous operation and security of the Airport’s integrated network.
