DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Edwardsville, Illinois, seeks a vendor to provide Cisco managed phone services. This contract includes support for a Cisco-based communications and collaboration environment, covering VoIP phone systems, unified communications, and the associated infrastructure.
The selected vendor will be responsible for 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and remediation of supported network devices, as well as patching and maintenance of the collaboration infrastructure. Services will also include customization of escalation chain alerting to client end-users as necessary, and handling covered device and configuration moves, adds, and changes. An allowance for Tier 1 support tickets per month is included in the scope of services.
Vendors are required to submit all questions regarding the RFP no later than March 31, 2026.
