DESCRIPTION
The vendor is required to provide Cisco enterprise licensing and support services for a range of Cisco products. This includes licensing and support for Cisco ISR 4431 UC Bundle, PVDM4–64, UC License, and Cisco Room Kit with integrated microphone, speakers, and Navigator. Additional requirements include a modular 24 FXS Port VoIP Gateway with PVDM3–64 and a Cisco VG204XM Analog Voice Gateway.
The scope also covers Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller with rack mounting kit, Nexus 93108TC–EX bundle PID, Nexus 9300 with 48 port 10/25G SFP+ and 6 port 100G QSFP28, Cisco ACI APIC Support, and Cisco software support for the C9800–CL–K9 Catalyst 9800–CL Wireless Controller. Other components to be supported include Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Medium, Cisco EA 3.0 Bundle, support for EA DNA Wireless, Cisco DNA Switching, and C9500 Cisco DNA EA Advantage 48Y4C.
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive licensing and technical support across all listed Cisco products and solutions.
