The government authority in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide services under the Children’s Justice Act Grant. The selected provider will work alongside multidisciplinary leaders, including representatives from the courts, law enforcement, child welfare, and medical fields, to enhance the handling of cases involving children.
The project aims to improve the investigation, prosecution, and judicial processing of cases through specialized training, education initiatives, and the development of procedures and protocols. A key component will be delivering education and training programs that focus on medical forensic responses to child sexual abuse cases, with the goals of reducing additional trauma to child victims and strengthening the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking.
Vendors should note that all questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 22, 2026.
