The selected vendor will provide ChildPlus subscription software services, ensuring full compliance with all federal requirements for necessary data collection related to Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The provider must act as the official copywriter, developer, producer, owner, and sole distributor of the ChildPlus software.
The contract includes granting full member status and privileges to all eligible staff and parents. The supplier will be responsible for ongoing software maintenance and support, which involves a one-time annual service charge. The software pricing structure encompasses both a base fee and an additional per-child fee to determine total cost.
Certification to maintain and distribute the ChildPlus software is mandatory for all bidders.
