The system should also permit providers and facilities to request replacement hard copies of any licenses, approvals, or certificates directly through the online portal.
Additionally, the solution must support the creation, customization, and reuse of correspondence templates, featuring automatic data population based on predefined business logic and stored information. This initiative aims to streamline the licensing process and improve the user experience for both applicants and staff.
