DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Los Angeles, California is seeking a vendor to deliver Child Welfare Engagement Prevention Program services. This program encompasses direct client prevention services and oversight of referral triage, training, quality assurance, case consultation, and planning support for Community Pathway Liaisons (CPLs) operating within a multicultural, multi-neighborhood network of Family Resource Centers and similar initiatives.

The objective is to establish a coordinated network of community partners, aiming to strengthen, support, and preserve families referred to Child Protective Services (CPS). The selected vendor is responsible for hiring and supervising a coordination team, including a Program Coordinator, Data Coordinator, and Training Coordinator. Duties also include managing CPL activities, educating child welfare staff about program offerings, identifying appropriate CPL assignments based on family language needs, utilizing interpreter services as necessary, ensuring timely follow-ups, documenting contacts and dispositions, and compiling data for regular and ad-hoc reports.
