DESCRIPTION
A government authority in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide child support process services. The selected contractor will be responsible for process serving tasks, including the service of summons, petitions, subpoenas duces tecum, witness fee payments, mileage reimbursement for witnesses, additional petitions, and court orders.
All service of process fees must be quoted as a flat rate, inclusive of costs for notarization, mileage related to service of documents, and necessary office expenses such as printing, paper, and mailing. The contractor must ensure that summons and petitions are served on the respondent at least two days prior to the designated court date, as outlined in requests from the legal department.
