Annual Facility Use Fee Installment Due Dates: November 1st and May 1st of each contracted school year.

The government authority in Galloway Township, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive child care program services. The selected provider will be responsible for developing, staffing, and managing all administrative aspects necessary to operate both before and after care programs, as well as a summer camp. The agency will supply facility maintenance and utilities, ensuring the premises remain in a suitable condition for the selected respondent to conduct programming in accordance with all state and local regulations.

The After-Care segment will operate from school dismissal until 6:00pm on both regular and single session days, while Before Care will cover 7:00am until the start of school. Summer Camp offerings must also include before and after care to accommodate the schedules of participating children, including those concurrently enrolled in district summer tutoring. Eligible participants include children in prekindergarten through sixth grade who live in or attend public school in Galloway Township.

The program should provide a variety of age-appropriate activities such as creative play, nutrition, projects, homework assistance, team sports, skill-building workshops, leadership opportunities, and technology activities. Flexible scheduling options are required for the summer camp, and the contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
