DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Torrance, California seeks a vendor to provide chef services in support of a district-wide transition to a scratch-cooking model across all school sites. The vendor will deliver hands-on culinary and operational support, including on-site kitchen assistance and guidance in implementing scratch cooking practices to enhance food quality, consistency, and presentation.
