Check Printing Software

A Florida organization is seeking a vendor to provide check printing software that supports multiple business applications, including Billing Center, Claim Center (Guidewire), Impress Automate, high-speed MICR check printers, FTP servers, and secure output storage for check registers. The software will facilitate the printing of various check types such as claims checks, return premium checks, claims expense and indemnity checks, and commission checks for policyholders and agencies.

The solution must include robust user access management with password requirements, strong security protocols, and support for bank account creation and maintenance. Required integration capabilities should encompass existing software and high-speed printers, with full disclosure of any limitations. Additional features include batch file management, creation and management of check templates, comprehensive check printing functions, and a suite of reporting options—covering pre-defined, ad hoc, and audit reporting.

The chosen vendor will also be responsible for implementation, ongoing support services, and user training to ensure effective software adoption and operation. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than January 22, 2026.
