The government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Check Point managed services for a two-year contract period. This engagement includes remote upgrades and maintenance of Check Point firewalls, as well as on-site technical support for hardware failures, with a Service Level Agreement requiring a four-hour response time.
The services cover managed support for medium site firewall appliances such as Check Point Quantum midsize enterprise firewalls and compatible third-party devices. In addition, the scope includes managed services for firewall management platforms, including Check Point Multi-Domain Management Servers, Smart-1 appliances, Smart-1 Cloud, and other third-party platforms. The vendor will also be responsible for onboarding and environment normalization and must provide on-site dispatch of a Check Point-trained engineer, with spare parts as needed for replacement tasks and basic network operations.
Interested vendors must submit all questions by April 17, 2026. The selected provider will be responsible for maintaining high availability and rapid response for all managed network security services.
