DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Toms River, New Jersey is seeking qualified vendors to provide certified Tridium controls and energy management systems support for approximately 26 buildings totaling 640,000 square feet. The selected contractor will be responsible for assisting the maintenance department with the interface, repair, monitoring, operation, and software updates of integrated building control systems across these facilities.

All control systems are integrated with Tridium-based LON, BACnet, and MODbus protocols, accessible both remotely and onsite, and utilize AX and N4 Jaces.
