A public agency in California is soliciting proposals for a three-year contract to provide a certificated staff performance evaluation system delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The system will be used by administrators to perform evidence-based observations and evaluation ratings for all certificated staff, including teachers, counselors, service providers, leaders, and executives.
The SaaS solution must feature robust reporting capabilities, including both graphical and tabular ad hoc reports. It should allow for the extraction and distribution of all imported and user-entered data via download, email, or secure file transfer protocol (FTP). Reporting requirements include access rights reports, progress reports, and detailed evaluation and observation information.
Vendors will also be responsible for system integration and interfacing with other software, including data mapping and the provision of all supporting documentation.
