Arizona Department of Administration
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for a Centralized Reservation System (CRS) and Point of Sale (POS) system. The solution must include centralized inventory management, retail management, event management, and an operational website, as well as support for call center operations. The system should be PCI DSS compliant for credit card processing and should utilize cloud hosting (AWS or equivalent) with redundant backups, high availability, and load balancing across multiple U.S.-based data centers.
The CRS and POS platform must maintain a centralized, U.S.-hosted relational database storing all transactional, inventory, and day-use records in a contiguous architecture. The solution should be scalable to accommodate enhancements such as new features, reservable items, and park expansions without affecting current operations. Maintenance, support, off-site backups, and project management are required throughout the implementation and operational phases.
Additional system requirements include 24/7 availability for both public and internal users, with server load times of 2.5 seconds or less. Reservations, cancellations, and modifications should be accessible anytime through multiple sales channels, including online, staff, and call center users. Secure handling of credit card data via tokenization or similar methods is mandatory, along with robust support for customization, integration, and system enhancements.
