DESCRIPTION
The Department is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive services for the ongoing utilization of a Centralized Evaluation System (CES). This includes access to a FedRAMP Moderate-level SaaS platform powered by Qualtrics, along with all necessary support to plan, validate, deploy, integrate, configure, and maintain the solution to meet enterprise-wide needs.
The vendor will deliver subject matter expert support for the operation, maintenance, and security of the CES, as well as train Department of State staff on the effective use of the system. Services will encompass enterprise-wide 360-degree feedback assessments, evaluation of training and development programs, survey design and management, advanced analytics and reporting, role-based access control, data segmentation, and continuing integration with existing enterprise systems. Compliance with all federal security and privacy standards is required.
