The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing, installing, and maintaining an advanced Central Message Switch (CMS) software solution hosted on-premises in the organization's data center. The new CMS system must fulfill current business requirements and meet technological standards, including the integration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, while eliminating dependencies on legacy RSA encryption methodologies.
The project includes migrating all archives from legacy central message switch systems to the new solution to enhance historical search capabilities. The implemented CMS must support the agency's messaging infrastructure and operational needs, offering high availability and a robust architecture to ensure business continuity. The contract period for the awarded vendor will be five years.
