The U.S. Census Bureau is releasing draft solicitation sections for the Transformation & Application Modernization (CenTAM) initiative, inviting industry review and feedback ahead of a forthcoming competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ). This anticipated requirement will be solicited as a competitive RFQ under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), specifically under the Information Technology Category SIN 54151S. Only small businesses, including eligible joint ventures with the pertinent GSA MAS qualifications, will be eligible to submit quotations once the formal solicitation is issued.
During this pre-solicitation period, the Government seeks questions, comments, and feedback to help identify inconsistencies or areas that require clarification in the draft. This is intended to refine and clarify the final solicitation requirements. All industry feedback must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline, using the designated CenTAM Industry Feedback Template and adhering to the required file naming convention.
The Government may use received feedback at its discretion to enhance the solicitation and reserves the right to open additional rounds of questions after the issuance of the final RFQ if it is deemed beneficial.
