DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Alexandria, Louisiana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support services for CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, IDIS, and HEROS programs. Services include both remote and on-site training, ongoing technical assistance, participation in meetings and conference calls, email correspondence, and review of program or project-specific documents. The selected vendor will offer guidance on program regulations, best practices, and planning as needed.

Key responsibilities involve assisting staff with training, preparation of plans, data entry, tracking accomplishments, report generation, project evaluation, mapping, and financial management across all projects, regardless of funding source. The vendor will facilitate oversight and coordination, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, conduct data analysis, help resolve issues in troubled projects, and provide expertise in new program design.

Additional support will include the development and revision of policies, procedures, documents, agreements, contracts, procurement materials, program forms, protocols, project files, underwriting, financial structuring, and monitoring/reporting protocols for all applicable programs. The contract period is two years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 3, 2026.
