DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive CCR (College and Career Readiness) platform. The platform must track students' real-time progress toward graduation requirements and enable students to monitor course completion and remaining requirements. Multi-year academic planning for four-year spans is essential, alongside automated integration with the Student Information System (SIS) to update transcripts and class schedules.

The CCR platform should maintain a longitudinal portfolio for students in grades 9–12, allowing them to add courses, work-based learning, extracurriculars, and experiences over time. Resume creation and secure storage are required, as well as the ability to share portfolio artifacts with colleges, employers, or other external parties. The platform must provide a searchable national scholarship database and allow parents or guardians to monitor scholarship activity. Age-appropriate career exploration features should support students from grades 6–12, including interest inventories, career pathway alignment to local labor market data, apprenticeship search tools, and job search workflows.

Supporting application tracking, the platform should facilitate college application workflows and document admissions and enrollment outcomes. Integrated communication tools must enable interactions among students, families, counselors, and administrators. The system should present clean, role-based dashboards with strict data governance. AI-enabled features should be present to streamline counselor tasks, such as drafting recommendations and summarizing student profiles, with district-level governance and configuration of AI functionalities.
