DESCRIPTION
A government authority in California is seeking vendors to provide as-needed catering services for airport events. Services will cover a wide range of event types and sizes, with catering needs communicated as events are planned. The vendor must be able to offer various culinary styles, including American, international, specialty, and themed menus, as well as accommodate specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-sensitive menus.
Catering will be required for events ranging from small meetings and employee gatherings to large-scale community events, hosted on airport grounds or other city department properties.
