KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum five years of professional design experience
Proficiency using Adobe products, specifically InDesign
Degree or certification in graphic design or a related field is preferred
Submit a statement of qualifications or resume
Provide a sampling of previously designed work or an online portfolio
Provide detailed, itemized fees for the design of each catalog (Fall 2026, Winter 2027, Spring/Summer 2027) and any initial setup fee
Submit a completed Proposal Form
Include a minimum of three client references

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for the design and layout of a recreation catalog. Responsibilities include creating an InDesign catalog template, designing the catalog pages, and applying a new color theme as specified by the client.

The scope of work requires formatting the catalog text using provided content, as well as incorporating digital photos throughout the catalog to enhance visual appeal. The designer will be expected to ensure consistency in style, branding, and overall presentation across the entire publication.
