A casino gaming organization in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise-grade cash recycling system for its back-office cash automation needs. The solution should automate processes such as employee bank building, cash reconciliation, and other cash handling workflows, with seamless integration into the organization's existing casino systems.
The primary objectives of this project are to implement a best-in-class cash recycling system that reduces manual cash handling, virtually eliminates cash errors and variances, and delivers enterprise-wide visibility of cash operations across all seven agency properties. Key components of the desired solution include mobile applications, administrative and reporting portals, cash recycling equipment at each property, and an enterprise cash management software platform. Additional requirements involve fully automating till management, supporting self-service employee cash management, and ensuring high levels of operational efficiency.
