A New Hampshire entity is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive cash management systems, focusing on the deployment and support of smart safes and secure cash transportation services. The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation, removal, ongoing maintenance, and servicing of all smart safes to ensure continuous, reliable operation. Technical support and remote system upgrades, including equipment and software enhancements, are also required to maintain system integrity and functionality.
The scope includes providing automated cash management solutions with features such as real-time cash status monitoring, individual user PIN access, single and bulk cash validation, counterfeit detection capabilities, and provisional credit management. Secure, scheduled cash transportation services must be carried out according to an approved timetable to support retail operations. The contract for these services is expected to span five years.
