Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive cash flow modelling software solution that includes robust program management of the contract award and project execution. Responsibilities include administration, change management, project management, transition services, corrective action planning and implementation, conflict resolution, invoice and financial management, quality assurance, and configuration management.
The software must generate collateral flows for consumer and commercial asset classes under current evaluation—such as residential home energy efficiency and solar projects—as well as model complex financing structures utilizing templates or custom elements. The system should support the creation of various reports summarizing key cash flow data and debt repayment metrics, including levered and unlevered internal rate of return, and must clearly articulate integration dependencies and limitations.
The application must be cloud-based, accessible via a web browser, and provide continuous (24x7x365) Tier I, II, and III support with remote assistance available via phone, email, or web-based portal. The vendor will manage all support incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring issues are properly classified, prioritized, and closed. The anticipated contract period is one year, and a submission deadline is established for questions regarding the RFP.
