DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide financial services for cash-based interventions. Funds deposited into each account are to be accessible only to the relevant beneficiary and contingent upon an authentication process as laid out in the official instructional guide, encompassing procedures for both cash withdrawals and cashless payments.
