The state of Missouri is seeking a vendor to implement and support a case management system for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for the core system implementation, which includes establishing intake processes, eligibility determination, person-centered service plan (PCSP) management, basic agency staff access, and deploying a public-facing website.
The project will also encompass ongoing service delivery and system enhancements. This includes the addition of service delivery management tools, billing and claims processing capabilities, further improvements to system connectivity, expanded agency staff functionality, and enhancements to both the public-facing website and a client-facing portal. The contract period for this engagement is seven years, ensuring a long-term partnership for sustained support, maintenance, and ongoing system development.
