The selected vendor is required to provide a web-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) comprehensive case management system. The project will be executed in three phases. Phase 1 focuses on core system implementation, establishing foundational functionality including intake, eligibility determination, Person Centered–Service Plan management, basic agency staff access, and the rollout of a public-facing website.
Phase 2 expands system capabilities to support service delivery management, billing and claims processing, and implements enhancements to Connexion, along with improved features for agency staff and the public-facing website. Phase 3 emphasizes further enhancements to Connexion, expanded agency staff functionality, further development of the public-facing website, and the person portal.
The contract period for this engagement is one year.
