Arlington County, Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a case management system delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The system must offer a minimum uptime guarantee of 99.9%, ensuring 24/7 accessibility for users. It is required that the solution be both web and mobile ready, with compatibility across major browsers and operating systems, including Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Android, and iOS.
The case management platform must be built and hosted in compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) requirements. To accommodate the County's diverse population, the system should provide in-browser translation or offer language accessibility for the most common languages spoken in Arlington County, specifically English, Spanish, Mongolian, Amharic, and Arabic.
The vendor will be expected to provide 24 hours of project management time during system implementation. Up to 8 hours will be allocated for data migration if required; if not needed, those hours may be redirected to additional project management or training services as determined by both parties.
