DESCRIPTION


The University seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based enterprise case management software solution. The system must support multiple departments and case types, including student conduct, Title IX, behavioral intervention, and employee-related matters, through a centralized, secure, and configurable platform.

Key requirements include configurable case workflows, lifecycle management, and the capability to manage both student and employee-related cases. The software should offer custom forms for case intake, rules-based automation for routing, notifications, task assignments, and escalations, as well as automated communications and at-risk individual tracking tools.
