An Alaska agency is seeking to implement a replacement case management software solution that provides comprehensive tracking, reporting, and document management capabilities. The desired system must effectively support the workflow of discrimination cases—from initial inquiry and intake, through investigation, conciliation, adjudication, and associated sub-processes—while offering robust, flexible, real-time reporting on case status.
Key requirements include tracking of cases, hearings, staff resources, and varied communication and correspondence throughout the investigation process. The software must feature versatile data entry screens tailored to different case types, integrated calendaring, and scheduling tools, as well as time limit monitoring and correspondence support. Additional features sought are customizable dashboard screens for all staff, methods to eliminate duplicate contacts, document generation, and a document management module suited for litigation case file management up to administrative court presentation. The software must be installable on a Windows server environment and able to generate ad hoc reports, enabling management and staff to monitor cases and statistical data efficiently. The contract for this software will be for a two-year period.
