The agency is seeking a vendor to modernize its Case Lifecycle system to meet critical challenges and evolving mission needs within the Security Cooperation enterprise. The project involves developing a solution that streamlines the case development process, enhances transparency, reduces delivery timelines, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity, accessibility, and Zero Trust standards.
The modernized system must offer advanced task management capabilities and a case life cycle document repository, while integrating seamlessly with the Case Development Modernization (CDM) system for efficient data exchange and reporting. Replacing legacy functions is essential for reducing technical debt and improving application scalability, data transparency, and efficiency. The project also requires the development of solution architectures leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), along with the creation of web applications, APIs, and supporting software documentation.
Additional requirements include implementing a modern data architecture compatible with an interim legacy database, developing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated software testing to support continuous integration and delivery.
