DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing access to the CarePortal proprietary technology platform, which enables community partners to support the needs of vulnerable children and families. The platform fosters the development of supportive connections and ongoing relationships for at-risk individuals within their communities.

Responsibilities include provision of ongoing access and maintenance for the CarePortal platform, preparing written reports as requested in specified formats, and updating the system as required. Additionally, the vendor is expected to maintain and support the current network of community partners utilizing the platform.
